          Smt. S. Juli Krupamani, SUPERINTENDENT (Audit), extended a warm welcome to Smt. J.M. SHANTI SUNDHARAM, I.R.S., CHIEF COMMISSIONER,  CHENNAI ZONE, Smt. KUSUM SATAPATHY, I.RS., COMMISSIONER, Shri. M. Senthamil Selvan, I.R.S., Additional Commissioner (Audit), Officers and Departmental Trainees. 

          SHRI. P. Ravichandran, SUPERINTENDENT (CAAP) in his speech briefed the arrangements made for the In-house Training on CAAP and the co-operation / co-ordination extended by various H.Qrs. Sections, i.e., arrangement of Computers from the Hqrs. Sections, Projector, Installing Softwares and Training Data and also maintenance of the computers during the period of Training by the Computer Section and AMC team which was vital for the Training, assistance in the movement of Computers, Furniture, etc. apart from the day-today upkeep of the Auditorium Hall by PRO unit. Issue of study materials to Trainees on the opening day itself and Certificates has been made possible by the Stores Section.

        Demonstration of Topics learnt in the Training has been done by the Trainee Groups 

        Shri. A Baskar, SUPERINTENDENT (Audit) on behalf of the participants/trainees thanked the senior Officers--the Chief Commissioner, Commissioner and Addl. Commissioner (Audit) for the support extended by them and appreciated the efforts taken by the CAAP Section and also Shri P. Ravichandran, Supdt. (CAAP) and Shri G. Rajendran, Inspector (CAAP).           

            Smt. KUSUM SATAPATHY, I.RS., COMMISSIONER, in her speech appreciated the Trainees and the CAAP team and asked them to use their skills in CAAP effectively.                                            

            The Chief Guest Smt. J.M. Shanti Sundharam, I.R.S. CHIEF COMMISSIONER, CHENNAI ZONE, distributed Certificates to the Trainees, appreciated the demonstration of CAAP techniques by the trainees and asked the trainees to put their best in implementing CAAP Audit. 

          Shri. M. Senthamil Selvan, I.R.S., Additional Commissioner (Audit) while delivering VOTE OF THANKS appreciated the best efforts taken by the CAAP team especially the dedication shown by Shri P. RAVICHANDRAN, Superintendent (CAAP) in conducting the first phase of the Training and urged him to conduct the subsequent batches of Training Programme on CAAP with the same enthusiasm.  He also thanked all the H.Qrs. Sections which have joined/co-ordinated with the CAAP team in conducting the CAAP Training successfully.
